So I guess 10,000 miles in the 2 years I've owned it ain't riding it?
And I thought I rode more than the average rider,
shit what do you ride like 20,000 a year or sumth'n? :chopper:I have changed the rear tire 2 times and just changed the front yesterday, I am not entirely sure what's up with you guys destroying your pegs, but I am definitely not wearing my logging boots while I ride so that's prolly why they have lasted this long, the bike has just over 19,000 mi on it to date and I'd say it still looks decent! :hi: "Decent" just doesn't quite do her justice John. I'd have ta say "Awesome" would be a better description for yours!:old2::old2:

Footwear does a lot for pegs from my experience. The last set of pegs I had I wore steal toed work boots the majority of the time. With the set I have now I've worn majority my regular running shoes. My current set is lasting much longer than my previous set.

5000 a year is real good especially if you have more than one bike.

That's what I figured it has to be, boots with an aggressive sole would not be good for em.

cdogg.....I like that frame tube sticker. Is there anyone on the board that offers them? Wondering how a chrome sticker would look on red?
Got that from Kevin, aka (Dentdude), he sent me the last one but I am sure he'll make more someday, I don't know how a chrome one would look, something to think about, I really like the black on the burnt pearl orange, I think the black would look good on your bike too!

That's nice to have two bikes for sure, :old2: I couldn't imagine having four! :oldwtf: I am really happy with my luggage rack from Curtis, I wasn't sure how it was gonna look, but once I got it and put it on the bike, I loved it! :old2:

I think so too. Can you grab a close up shot of that sticker? My friend has one of those machines and a program for stickers.

Hope that shows enough of it, originally it had the "Motorcycles" under it but after I put it on Ker informed me that they cut that part off before putting it on the bike, so I cut it off while on the bike and it definitely looks better.
