How much does he charge for the EHC? Does he advertise on the internet or do you just message him.I had axles in my pitbull and it's one of the first things I did to my k9 was switch out the ehc to axles

RIP 2 does not change the backbone harness but Axel’s has the easiest setup. Plug and play on the EHC module only.So the only reason why the RIP 2 comes with a new wiring harness that runs down in the backbone must be for the different connector plug for the new EHC? If Axel’s EHC is reliable it would definitely be worth it along with the potential cost savings.
Oh I thought it did, thanks for clarifying.RIP 2 does not change the backbone harness but Axel’s has the easiest setup. Plug and play on the EHC module only.
The RIP gen 1 requires changing the backbone harness 2 does not. Hope the k9 works out for you but don’t rush it. Get the one that you like, I drove from Florida to IN to pick up my dog, 36hr round trip.Oh I thought it did, thanks for clarifying.
That makes sense. I was watching a YouTube video showing the harness replacement, obviously it was for the gen 1.The RIP gen 1 requires changing the backbone harness 2 does not. I was looking at a couple in Texas on cycletrader and one I really liked, but the price is to high for a 2006. The one I’m going to look at Saturday is one I’ve had my eye on all summer and is only 95 miles away. It's a good price for a 2008 and it’s had some mods done to the motor.
Nice savings. Mind posting up how you did that? The recall kit from Derek and Donna is about $48 after shipping so you could save guys quite a bit of moolah! My 40A fuse upgrade was like 8 bucks..View attachment 51489

It’s a super sweet dog, chromed to the max and very well taken care of. He also has done a lot of work to the motor, clutch and new carb. How did you make out Saturday Brother?
And???? Didja???? Get it????It’s a super sweet dog, chromed to the max and very well taken care of. He also has done a lot of work to the motor, clutch and new carb.
I wasn’t prepared to buy it, I just wanted to lay eyes on it and talk to the guy about what all he has done to it. I have to get a loan to cover what I don’t have in the bank which is no problem, I’ve already touched base with them. I also have to figure how I’m picking it up this time of year, we have over 2 feet of snow and it just keeps coming down. And???? Didja???? Get it????
