Sorry for the disruption of service

So, some of you may have seen the site was down, and an account suspension notice.

Long story short, an employee of the hosting company half assed our change from one hosting package to our current upgraded package. So, it was linked to some bogus domain name he used during the switch and never fixed it so it was correct. The software they use sees bigdogbiker.com linked to a cancelled hosting package and suspended the account.

I was fortunate enough to get in touch with someone who takes pride in their work, and we figured out the problem and he fixed it for good.

Again, sorry for the disruption and I feel pretty good now that this shouldn't happen again.

Was the changes on the server end to fix the lag we been seeing on posts and folks having to hit refresh?

Yep, anytime i need to make a major decision or need help drawing a conclusion i head straight to facebook for help.

Thankfully i was adjusting the valves on my wifes harley and missed most of the drama.
