    Hi together,
Think i have an EHC problem in my pit bull.
malfunctions are brake light front - right side flashers - sometimes need decompression by hand.
If engine runs, only one red intensive LED burns and flashes on the EHC.
maybe a defect of front brake light sensor and a defect of the front flasher?
    cable Trouble?
Good Tips how I can detect the malfunctions and where I get the necessary parts would be fine.
    regards

Start by checking all connectors. They must be tight and clean or filled with dielectric grease. Make sure your hand control switch's are not corroded or have broken wires. Be sure to check connectors between the tank also.

Will Check all connections this Weekend.
EHC is on the way to an Electronicexpert for testing with big dog tester.
The front brake switch works how? normal switch or short break?

Ok that was my suggestion to send out ECH to wildsteedworxs.com for testing.
You do really need to check every connection you can find no doubt. Chaffing on a wire can be hard to see with dir and oil and hard to reach locations just need to take a little time. I f you pop off the gas tank there's a whole other world of connections there too. Jmo

Look at you wiring dia. to see which wires to check then I believe the switch shorts to ground.

My suggestion would be, replace your EHC and harnesses with an ESC from DOC, and then ride the hell outta the thing worry free! :whoop::whoop::whoop::chopper:

Got new Iformation from my ehc.
The ehc is tested - seems o.k. - only front light shows a mistake.
But the front light works without any problem( Hi and low beam are o.k.)
Strange - but he will send another one to me for test her in my pit bull.
Would it be a good idea to clean the switches with Isopropanol (98%) and contact spray?
Handlebar connection contact and ehc contacts are clean - like brand new.

EHC is okay - brakelight switch and a defect flasher switch seems the mistake.
    We will see.
Wait for the switches and my original EHC.
    Than I know more.

Changed the switch board, right side now is new with new brakeswitch.
Axel built the switchboards new for me. He builds programmable ehc s also.
EHC functions can be changed with horn and flasher switches.
All functions work - If i use the front brake now, the red and Neutral light glows up, when engine not runs and Ignition is off.
Mounted the ehc on vibration killer - maybe a mass problem?
Seems like the right rear flasher burns not so intensive than the other side.
Will give separate Ground (Mass) to the ehc - case.
Since I have and ride my dog, was this the only real defect.

Check 1 of the 4 screws that hold the right hand control board in place, particularly the head of the one closest to were the front brake reed switch is soldered on the pc board, if its touching, it could be shorting out.

    ......mir san a bayrische band.....

:spank:
