    looks like in the second picture the weld started in the tubing and came right thru the weld.

    Last year it cracked in the same place on the other side. I fixed it, and it still look good.

    What would cause that excessive weight and bottoming out?

    Not all they do make Stainless Steel SHCS which would only be a grade 5.

    All the rest should be 8, yes. But all Chrome for sure.

    He's checking on that. I really doubt they will cover it. It's on hold till we come up with some answers.
