There are 3 very reliable units available axles ehc that is true plug and play, the rip kit (1 and 2) also esc there really is no reason to old school wire it, then you'll have to change bars and controls etc if you go with 1 of the 3 listed you'll be solid and honestly you could very well never have an issue with the stock ehc, cross that road if/when it comes
