Anyone on the forum know the following person: AJ&T Contractor James Pool 6625 Coral Ln Lolo, Montana 59847 While I know the law states that you can keep anything a business sends you that you didn't order. I also understand that law is to prevent unethical behavior by businesses who would attempt to send you something and then try to make you pay for it. Not something that was done in this case. It was simply me being overworked and making a mistake when I put the labels on the packages. One customer jumped right on it, labeled the package with the forwarding label I sent them and got it right back in the mail, so this guy could get his product that he ordered, but this guy instead chose to keep the product he was sent, an EHC, and to hell with the other customer that was waiting for their EHC. Not that I expect anything to really happen but should you happen to know this guy maybe you could just mention to him that what he did is really unethical, can't really say theft as it was sent accidentally and there is a law to protect his unethical behavior, and he should ship the EHC back to us, as we have requested several times now, or at least pay for it. It's not like we're Amazon or some other huge Corp. that can afford these types of losses.
