Just finished installing 73mm mean street, stock caliper does not fit. Anyone done this conversion???? Do i need a different caliper or is there a bracket that i need to get?

Pretty sure you need a 99 n down caliper. I sold my pm and bought a Chrome HHI to match my ultima. That 73mm is fat. I had one on for a bit but with zero rake was too straight.

Mine is 16 over with 5 degrees. fits the bike nice, just caliper will not work. My bike is a 04 Ridgeback.

You might want to call Mean Street and ask what they would suggest 915.592.6887

here is a pic with the 73mm off a bourget. zero rake and i think 10 over.

16 and 5 must look wild. lets see a pic

here is 12 and 5 over with a 58mm

weak ass stock 10 and 3 over

That doesn't sound correct unless you had the frame raked. I had a 2004 chopper that I put a mean street avalon on (68mm) and it was also 5 deg. raked tree but the length was only 11.5 over to sit perfectly level. I can't remember but I believe mean streets caliper mounts are 99 and down style. I have seen one conversion bracket for 2000 and up but they are pretty cheesy. I would just replace the caliper.

To me it looks like you hit a wall and your front end is pushed too close to the bike,as did Marvs with his first picture......

Your bike, but it does not flow right to me.

Frame looks to small compared to the massive forks.

But if you like it, cool, my taste is a little different than most.

It looks as though there isnt enough rake in your front end, therefor your tire looks too close to the frame...thats all I was saying./..

Maybe it was a bad angle, here is another pic. These front ends were designed for Ridgebacks, k9s and Ironhorse choppers etc. Seen a ton of them running around and at shows.
