Possible RevTech (Custom Chrome) engine. They did offer an 88" Evo style engine.

Did BDM ever build a bike with an 88ci motor and a five speed trans ?

I'm back with more questions. Bikes popping and back firing at certain rpms. So I rebuilt the 42mm Mikuni carb put it all back together. No leaks at the intake. Carb is working great. Still popping and back firing. Now I'm gonna replace the electronic ignition module. The bike has a Kendall Johnson ignition in an 88ci evo motor. Can I do better ? What ignition would you suggest for the replacement Accel, Dynatech ? If anyone has a picture of what I could use I sure would sure would appreciate it.

I would go with the Accel. Both are good.
