Don't buy Landmark Rod Ends...

Don't buy these Landmark Rod Ends....they won't work on our Dogs....with the stock shifter linkage set up.....I bought a pair of the polished stainless steel ones.....and then I sent them back to Landmark without even opening the package up.....they charge me a 20% re-stocking fee :angry: when I spoke with the lady who sold them to me....I told her I had a 06 BIg Dog K-9 and she said...they will fit...they are standard.....well they didn't....and then when I received a letter for a credit memo....it said I changed my mind..WTF! after almost 3 weeks...they finally credited my card back...but took out a 20% re-stocking fee.....I give their customer service a big fuckin thumbs down... :down: ...just a heads up for everyone...
here is the ends that won't fit..unless you have a aftermarket shifter linkage...

I did......then the lady who handles the credit stuff said that the chic I was talking to said that I never mentioned I had a B-Dog K-9.....and I wasn't going to argue with her...you know how that works....someone said they will work...then when they don't..it was like...I never said that....oh well....I got my card credited back....so...I am not going to sweat the small shit...just wanted to give everyone a heads up...thats all....

I hear ya House......Thats why I am going to order the Wicked Image shifter linkage....those already come with the good rod ends on them!

the only aftermarket shift linkage i personally like is the barbed wire,yet wicked image doesnt sell,but all other linkages are only $100 till mid february,so where can i get barbed wire linkage that does fit our bikes???
