I agree with Jake that it sounds like the ignition module. The crank sensor tells the ignition when to fire so if that was bad I suspect you would have no spark at all. The coil also seems ok because when you switched the wires the problem replicated in the other cylinder. If the wire itself wasn't the problem and the EHC isn't involved then it must be the module. Still seems odd that when you ran a new wire it worked for a while though - you sure you connected it up right? Also, call me an English wanker but fuck me your posts are hard to read with no full stops!!

Pull the coil and look inside the holes where the wires plug in. I had a miss in one cylinder and the coil hole was all blacked up with carbon b/c of arcing. Cleaned it up and it was fine. Just a thought
