Removing baffles from Big Radius pipes

I removed the heat shields and the rear support bracket to get to the baffle screws. They are held in place by one screw. I used a 6/32 allen wrench but it's not snug in the bolt head the next larger allen wrench is too big. My question is: Is the screw on the pipes possibly metric and not standard or is it possible the screw heads are stripped? thanks for any help you guys can give me. Andy

I'm pretty sure its standard. Maybe your set is missing a size. I know my craftsmen set is missing at least one size. Can't remember which one...

And you haven't even got to the fun yet... wait till it comes time to yank them out!

They weren't stripped after all. I used a socket allen wrench and tapped it in with a rubber hammer and they came right out. One baffle slipped right out and the other came out in a few minutes with a slide hammer. Can't wait to hear it roar!
