Sound before engine starts,sounds like a fuel pump?

My bike is a 2006 Ridgeback. 117 engine carbureted. Does this bike have an electric fuel pump? As soon as I turn the ignition key to start position I hear a funny nose like a start and stop whine ? Could that come from the starter solenoid? UPDATED. It was the fan in my led headlight.

Sèe if it is coming from the headlight. Some LED headlights have a fan on them

The speedometer makes a whine when it's booting up. At least mine does.

Light up a bong load, exhale towards an opening for a fan. Bud bloom enters the shell, fan shows good.
Look under gas tank. Wires leaving out of bottom of tank shows a fuel pump used.
Petcock out of bottom of tank only, shows gravity fed fuel.
Speedo meter w/analog needle, could be.
Speedo meter is digital, oh shit no.
