Transmission Drain Plug

I have a 2004 Big Dog Chopper with a Baker 6 speed transmission. I was attemnting to change the transmission fluid. I removed what I thought was the drain plug on the right side bottom center of the transmission housing, an allen screw. When I removed it, no fluid came out. I removed the transmission dip stick to find it was full of fluid. When I looked up in the dran hole, I see metal, like the hole is not through.

Suggestions?
