I know you're trying to get away cheap, but are you after a cover to use at home ie outside or something you can travel with?
I bought a cover last year that allows me to pull my K-9 in hot and cover it!
For me, if I have to wait till it colls down and go back out -- it's not going to happen most of the time.

I am about to upgrade it a tad and use 6 24" cement pavers as the floor and bolt the sucker to them (suckers are about 90lbs each) and I may anchor the pavers as well. SHould make it uber stable and secure.

Yeah I really like that I can cover the bike when its still hot right after I pull in the driveway. Cause at my age, when I'm in, I'm in and going out again the odds are low, real low.
