Does anyone have a PDF of the 107" S&S manual. I believe it is the V-series motor. I have check all over and haven't been able to locate one.

I don't know much about working on a motor to start with so I want something with a lot of detail. I don't even know where to find the crank sensor. I have the wiring diagram and such. I've done a lot of work on the bike but it isn't running right yet.

The 107 does not have a crank sensor. Thats why you cant find it. It uses a cam sensor in the cam nose cone.

If you are looking for the service manual, it is not available in a hard copy anymore. Neither is the dealer catalog since 2016. Everything is electronic. Saving the planet I suppose. My search on the dealer side for the service manual produced no results as well. I can call S&S on Thursday and inquire as to how a dealer can get a service manual copy. I picked one up on E-bay and bought a few others when they were available. I never got an x-wedge..should of gotten that before they went DoDo bird.

Found this: https://www.motorcycle-manual-download.com/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=10.
It has the service manual part numbers and cover pictures. It could a click-bait trojan horse, virus download or legit. No idea, your mileage may vary....

This link is a bust as well: http://www.sscycle.com/instructions/instructionslist.php?x_cat=24

S&S website would not come up today. Probably closed, American Company and a National holiday thing. I think my dealer is the only shop open. Freedom doesn't apply at Freedom Powersports.

I found the one on the S&S website but it's only a few pages long. Which Freedom Powersports do you work at?

I did a few searches and the normal places are not popping up. Looks like this manual is hard to find on the interweb...

The owner's manual 510-0366 give torque specs and tolerances. I like that kinda stuff. I'm a by-the -book Marine cause that's how they taught me to wrench. I'll call in about an hour to get some real answers.

ok..this seems kinda cyptic but here goes. I called in and gave my S&S dealer number and inquired about how a dealer gets a new or replacement manual. The nice lady (think Fargo accent) told me there are none. Not a hard copy, not a PDF. I find that hard to conceive. A manufacturer basically telling me buy my stuff and figure it out if you don't know how to do it. She told me all the instruction sheets are here: https://www.sscycle.com/tech-info/instructions-data/instruction-sheets. None of those starts with a 61-**** part number so there's no service manual there. She did mention Big Dog had created their own service manuals but that wasn't the question I asked. As for the dealer catalogs, she refuted the earlier comment when I inquired about a new 2018 dealer catalog. I was told they are not available in print anymore before. Now I was just told a limited number are printed in the spring and when they are gone that's it for the current year. So, if anyone on this forum has an inside track with S&S and can get the real story on service manuals I'd appreciate it. IMO..if I was a newly minted S&S dealer above the basic level and they told me this crap I'd have some disparaging comments about their family line, sprinkled with colorful metaphors. But that's me. I'm sending an e-mail into S&S to see if I can get some better info in the mean time.

I bought an S&S service manual when I bought my first big dog, I will look tonight to see if it covers the 107 and if so I will try to copy whatever parts you need.

Hi Jason, the person that told you on the phone about the manual is correct. We discontinued the service manuals many years ago and have substituted them with owners manuals. We do have all of our individual instruction sheets on line as well but we do not have a all in one service manual anymore.
