03 Pitbull blinker issues

So, the LED signals are giving me some fun. They work when the bike is off and the ignition is on. When it’s running they don’t.
Looks like I’m getting too much voltage when it’s running. Just checked it and the voltage spikes when it’s running. Like to 24 from what I see on the multimeter.l
This is what I’m looking at.

Voltage should not get over 15...voltage regulator is bad and i suggest dont crank it no more cause you will burn some shit up if not the whole bike...75 bucks will fix it

Got the new VR yesterday from bdkingpin… went with chrome, it’s has black now, might as well bling it up a bit. Hope this solves it.

That was it! Thank you knothead! The chrome looks cool and the problem is solved. Simple fix, just a little tedious with the wiring harness, lots of zip tires to cut and redo… but worth it!

OK... UPDATE... New voltage regulator isn't the issue.
The blinkers work with the ignition on but not running. They don't work when it's running.
At my wits end.
Can someone advise me here... or at least buy it from me and set me free??
