04 Chopper outter primary

I'm trying to figure out what year H-D outter primary cover fit the 03-04 Choppers.
I know the derby cover has 3 screws so that limits it to years
86-88
89-94
94-89
I don't know the difference but they all have different part #s.
Not sure what year or part # BDM used for the cover.
I thought one of you might know.

89-94 The bigest diff. is the recieving hole for the starter jackshaft.

Thank you for your help. After receiving an E mail from BDM it is 89-93 H-D
Softail primary case part # 60543-89.
