Alrighty guys n gals I got a new noise. I've searched all the threads on this one and can't figure it out so I need your help. 04 Pit. 107, stock primary, in any gear above 2nd I hear a steady chirpping that seems to be coming from the primary (LSD). I've had the belt chirp from the start so thats not what I'm hearing. I've checked motor mounts, and everything else I can think of. Removed primary cover and checked the clutch hub nut. Its tight. My chain is probably due for replacement, but is within specs. Don't see any obvious signs of rubbing anywhere. Any suggestions as to what it might be? It started out yesterday with chirp on decel at about 40mph, and this morning it was a steady chirping all the time above 40mph. I appreciate any and all suggestions.

Well, its possible its starting to chirp on the front pulley too......I know the back one needs to be replaced. (My pound puppy wasn't treated too well by one of the previous owners. Got a lot to do to her.)
Thanks Brew. I'll give that a shot....

Well, its official. I'm a dumbass. Found the source of the noise. Turns out my starter bolts backed out enough to make the God awful noise. Tightened em up and voila, no noise. Thanks to all.
