I am trying to build a custom chopper with a 107 S&S and am having trouble finding torque specs for the clutch assembly. I was told that I could use a Harley book but not sure what to compare it to. Was wondering if this would work.
This repair manual covers Harley-Davidson FXD Twin Cam 88 1999-2005 including, FXD, FXDI Dyna Super Glide 1999-2005; FXDX, FXDXI Dyna Super Glide Sport 1999-2005; FXDL, FXDLI Dyna Low Rider 1999-2005; FXDS-CONV Dyna Super Glide Convertible 1999-2000; FXDWG, FXDWGI Dyna Wide Glide 1999-2005; FXDXT Dyna Super Glide T-Sport 2001-2003; FXDC, FXDCI Dyna Super Glide Custom 2005; FXDP 2001-2004.
Any help?

Welcome aboard bear1..:hi:

Excellent engine choice. I've heard the 107 runs very well.

S&S Manual will not have that info. You'll need a service manual for the primary your using. A Harley manual may work which one I have no idea. All the formentioned manuals are for a Twin Cam and the 107 S&S is a Evo Style engine.
I looked in my manual 2008 K9 w/ S&S 117 & Baker DSSC 6 speed
Pivot Plate 20 ft/lbs
Clutch Hud Srews 20 ft/lbs
Clutch Hub Nut 80 ft/lbs

Shouldn't have to mention it but make sure u use loctite (blue)
