have a 2001 mastiff. went out the other day and battery was low so i charged it. now battery shows charged, turn key and nothing, not even lights or oil pressure light. just dark. taking the battery to get tested but seems like even if battery was almost dead, lights or indicators would come on. any suggestions? thanks in advance

bad battery. If the battery is bad enough it will not light anything up. Could be EHC issue.
if the battery was low and you tried to start it the starter my be engaged still wich will cause a direct break in the circuit causing you to loose lights and it will cuase you to have a open circuit, try pushing the scooter while in gear to free the starter or remove it and clean connections and reinstall, disconnect the power cable to the battery and the ehc will reset after the short is corrected....
