So I just got a 2004 Chopper. Was told the wiring was redone and it has been. Doesn’t look like a kit. Looks like someone did a pretty decent job just retiring? Thoughts?

Can't say Ive seen a rewire using Littlefuse before. Perhaps someone else is familiar with them?

That's the PDM kit, was Big Dogs replacement for their EHC awhile back. Not sure it was a valid replacement, I've never seen one last very long, but I'm sure there's a few out there that did. The power module fails. The whole setup is too big to fit in the battery tray so they just Velcro taped the metal box power modules to the underside of the battery trays.

Looks nice and neat! The fact that it says Big Dog Motorcycles LLC would make me think they did rewire. Maybe the EHC crapped out during warranty and they chose to wire it this way.
I would pull each fuse and relay one at a time and document which circuit they are protecting or operating. Could come in handy if you have any electrical issues down the road.
I'm sure if you were to contact WSW or HDM they would know the history.

Thanks. Hopefully it lasts awhile. If not guess I’ll pick another replacement. Seems ok for now
