2005 BDM Chopper: Wheel Alternatives

Hello,

The Chopper wheels even with care have the seal and small pitting on the front and rear wheels. Unfortunately over the years I have hit a few pot holes and there is some warping and a whole lot of weight to balance. Im also due for some new tires, I replaced the Avon's about 6+ years ago with Dunlop Elite 3's and its about time to replace them. They treating me well so I may order another set unless folks are seeing better tread/life out of other brand/models. If I have to pull them off, I want to tackle this wheel issue at the same time if possible.

What alternatives are there? Can we install aftermarket wheels? If so is there a lot of custom work to make that happen? 3k for wheels isn't really something I want to spend, especially on aluminum. Has anyone had success with aftermarket products?

Or does anyone have success with a company I can send the wheels to and have them straightened out, sealed again etc? Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Here is the front from both sides, the amount of weights it took to balance the last time is what has me worried. If I get the tires off, I think I could really get the rims squared away but it would be nice to have some professionals get it perfect and then I just keep it maintained.
