Seams my clutch needs to be replace and I can't find anyone who is willing to do it in my area. With that said I hoping to find help on how-to, I've seen 12 plates, and 9 plates was wondering if one is better than the other. Best price/service, where to buy. All help is appreciated.

First make sure your adjustment is correct. If that's ok, open up your primary, check out the clutch hub nut, basket and measure the on a thickness of the fiber disks, also check the plates for warpage on a flat surface. The BDM OEM clutch works fine. Replace with the same number of plates/disks that you have.

I have a used 2007 K9 Clutch with about 500 miles on it if you want to save some money. I replaced my clutch when they did work on my transmission but then got a Karata Belt drive so have all the old primary stuff left over. PM me if you're interested.
