2009 big dog wolf

hey guys,
looking to purchase a 2009 wolf. when i pulled the VIN number it said it was equipped with a 117 ci carb. the person i am buying it from says its motor is 121 ci and EFI. I am new at this, can anyone explain what's happening?

Its an X-wedge 121 EFI. Standard on all 2009+ wolf model

Have no idea. Just lazy people not looking at all the specs i guess
