Bike Will Not Start

I started my "new too me" big dog k9 today to go to courthouse and have it inspected and licensed. Ran for about 5 minutes and the mail carrier pulled in to check it out so I shut it off. Tried starting it again and flooded it and ran the battery down. In the process of getting it in the garage i laid it over on myself (bike never hit the ground thank goodness) but now when I try to start it it just clicks and sounds like its clicking where the spark plugs run up on the left side of bike if your sitting on it. My buddy byrddog come over and we took his battery off his bike and it keeps making the same clicking noise. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Not sure if you got any responses or fixed the problem. check your battery 1st, check the wiring that runs to your solenoid for the starter see if it came loose. check the battery connections and wires.
