Broken Wire on Speedo

I can see a broken wire inside of case in the back of the speedo but I cannot get the chrome ring off to remove the back to get to the wires to resolder them back on. HTF does that ring come off?

Thanks Rubwhore for finding that how to and Raywood for posting it. I just didn't want to force anything apart. That whole setup is a joke. Theres no getting around bending the shit out of the chrome ring but you can't see it after re-installing it. Thanks again, I love this forum!
