Anyone know where the carb rebuild "how to" is? I could of sworn there was one here with great pics?

Carburetor 101

All you need to know

Start out with the Holy Grail at S&S Cylce and Carb install/jetting Read 51-1012 for E & G

Do a search on YouTube - there has to be a video or something....

For anyone that has just bought a bike with an "E" carb, or bought an "E" carb off Ebay or elsewhere for the first time I recommend you download the whole manual from the S&S website and start from first principles beginning to end.

Also don't forget that nasty little O ring (that sits on top of the ejector nozzle) which has a habit of disappearing. It must be replaced onto the ejector nozzle before placing the float bowl back onto the carb body, otherwise it will bleed un-needed fuel into the venturi. You will never get it to run correctly with this O ring missing...

Thanks all I found what I was looking for. Couldn't remember which hole the little spring went into with the ball bearing check valve. (Accelerator Pump) Got it now.
