Dog Stinking up the garage on the 04 pitbull

I have been getting a really bad gas smell if I do not shut the petcock off in my garage. I checked my fuel line and discovered a small leak. Time to replace the fuel line, The only problem is that I do not have a BDM dealership is this something a harley dealer may carry?

Also while riding sometimes the bike will just shut off, and it seems like i need to keep it throttled just a little bit, I am thinking that this may all be related to the leak in the line. Well I am off to find a new fuel line.

You can find the fuel line at any auto parts store or custom cycle shop. No need for a dealer.
Also check your float bowl and make sure it's clean and the seat on the shut off needle is clean. Then clean out your gas cap vent.

Yeah, everything Ray said and check your float to make sure it's still floating and not full of gas. Of course, if you know your fuel line had a leak, then you're probably good to go!
