EHC Headlight Output HELP

Hello,
I've got a 2004 Ridgeback and am having trouble with the EHC. It's got 3K miles on it. I'm only getting 10V to the headlight with the ignition on. The HI Beam is not working at all.

I checked the output from the EHC and it is only sending out 10 Volts as well. That says the wiring should be OK to the headlight.

Is there a better EHC or upgrade to what I've currently got?

Any suggestions on other things to check?

Where did you check that? At the socket that plugs into the bulb?

That says the wiring should be OK to the headlight.

Assuming you got your 10V reading at the bulb that's not necessarily true. There's another connector between the EHC and headlamp housing (I'm thinking under the tank...) so you need to check that for a good connection before you waste any time or money replacing the EHC.
