EHC R.I.P. kit

I’ve got a 2004 big dog Mastif with an EHC rip kit for the computer system the Bike stopped running on me the other day after checking all connectors and wiring when I cycle the key the computer system with the 50 pin plug-in is making a ticking noise in rapid succession also The red light on myThunderheart ignition is not lighting up It appears I’m not getting power to my gauges headlights or taillights either has anybody seen or heard of any issues relating to this

This may sound basic but have you started by confirming a good battery & voltage regulator/charging system? My troubleshooting flow charts are for 2005 up so they may not be of help to you.
