Extending the shift peg/brake peg out?

I installed aftermarket pegs and grips on my '05 BDM Chopper and I need to extend the length of the shift and brake pegs out another inch.A chrome spacer about 1" diameter and 1" long would work great,but where do I find such spacers?

Bolt Depot. Carlos will chime in and let you know the part #'s needed. I did the same thing.
