Fork stop & dust cap for front end

I have a 2004 BDM Chopper RT frame.
I'm trying to mount my front end and can't find a fork stop plate or dust cap to fit.
The dust caps inside deminsion needs to be 2 7/16 -2 1/2 more on the 7/16side to fit over lip on RT frame neck.
The fork stop has mount screws at 12 o clock ,6 oclock ,3 & 9 oclock.
The tang on the bottom of neck needs to fit into slot on stop plate to keep tree from hitting tank.

anyone know who made these for Big Dog ?
Any other companies making them that fit/work ?
Where can I get one !

I guess I stumped most of you

I contacted Sam from Rolling Thunder in Canada.
He's sending me out a Stop plate and Dust cap.
i'll let you all know how I make out.
