Front and rear wheel removal?

I have a 2004 Big Dog Chopper RT. I do have a Manual but I do not see anywhere that says anything about wheel removal, reassemble. Removing for bearing check or replacement and polishing. I have a good idea but is there anything I need to watch for so I can have an easy reassemble? Thanks.

Keep the spacers in the right order.
Alignment is easier if you use equal turns to unload the adjusters.
Pretty much the same procedure as an HD softail -- having one of those service manuals is way handy.

If you rear wheel is in alignment now ,scribe 2 lines to show where the axle was on both sides . when you reinstall the wheel use those marks to realign .
