FRONT BLINKER

i have a 06 k-9, my left front blinker will not come on, the led is fine, i put the left on the right side and it works. i checked the pin connecter, seems to be ok. the wires all come to gether under the seat, they seem to go to a black box with a screw on each end holding it down.
how do i troubleshoot on this end of the wiring? what will i see if i unscrew the box, i dont want to mess anything up. will i be able to see the wire coming from the front blinker? any help apreciated, thanks

Check your switch and under the tank first. You probably have a rubbed out wire.

Do you have a fault lit up on the EHC for the front blinker?

on the EHC, there are only two lights, a yellow and green light, side by side, no other lights are on.
the wires going along the inside of the tank are free, i can move them back and forth easy, doesnt seem to be in a bind under there.
whats under the black box that is screwed down?
