Is a spec for movement for rotor? I know its a floating rotor but when sitting still and holding front brake and move bike forward and back there is a little play where the rivets are. Not a shitload just a little. 2006 mastiff

That rotor should be firmly attached with 10 button rivets, washers, and c clips. There should be very little movement if any between the brake rotor carrier and the brake rotor outer disc.

Remove rotor and disassemble the carrier from the disc. Check for excessive wear and play in the button rivets.

The more movement, the more wear you're gonna have. Look at movement as a sign you need to look at at least changing the bottons.
