There is oil on the forklegs of my 2007 K9, so the seal is leaking. What do I have to order to replace them? Only the oilseals or the O-ring, retaining ring etc. as well?

Plenty of threads here on replacing the fork seals and bushings, perform a search in the how to section. Your local Harley dealer will have them just ask for 41mm seals and bushings.

How many miles do you have on the bike. Manual says change every 10,000 miles but employee's from BD have been on here and recommended every 5000. Just know that once your teflon seals wear out they start wearing through the chrome on your forks so better to just replace sooner. I know, I had to buy new forks after mine wore out at about 20,000 miles. Easy to do and as stated there is a great "How To" thread on here for you.
