Fuel won’t stop coming out

Recently inherited my father‘s big dog mastiff he had a bunch of pieces off, putting it back together, when off and fuel line on constantly drains out of the overfill line but fuel line off doesn’t drain but also when running it’s still drains out of the overfill line constantly idk if I hooked up the lines wrong or what and can’t find much help in YouTube for this bike trying to get back on the road asap for funeral

Sounds like the carb float is stuck or dirt in the needle valve. Try this. Run the bike then turn the fuel off while the bike is running. When the bike starts to stumble, turn the fuel on. If there is dirt in the needle valve, sometimes that will flush it out. If that doesn't help, you'll probably have to remove the carb. Remove the bowl and give it a good cleaning. If the bike has been sitting a while, it's probably a good idea to do a carb rebuild.

Sorry for your loss. Yes my first thought was a stuck float. Well what he said. Good luck should be an easy fix

If you are parking it with a full tank, crack the cap to release pressure. Just a thought.

Agree with others, float is stuck. Take the float bowl off and clean the bowl and floats, it's only a 20 minute exercise.
