i have 2005 mastiff. the bike failed to start after riding starter click and smoked. on ehc unit a solid yellow light was on with geen blinking light. took starter off took repair shop open stater it was full of oil. got stater fix put on bike and still the same lights on ehc unit. I think I bought a sick puppy from puppy mill. I bought it with only 1300 + miles on and all I have is trouble with it. bad ehc unit worn belt and sprockett paint peeling under gas cap you name I had it. also throttle cables hit right gas cap but got spacers from big dog on this problem. 6000 miles on bike now but with new problem of the starter. any suggestion of what it might be. thanks

Hey Goose! Why don't you start with an introduction so we know who we are trying to help? Then you can list this problem under "Help Wanted" and get a much better response. You can do a search and find out what the indicator lights mean on your EHC to help narrow down your problem. After that........and an intro, I'm sure you'll get the help you need to get running again.

Agreed with the above...many of our more experienced and helpful mechanic types don't peruse the intro section, to find challenges that they might be able help with.
