Harley not moving

I got a 2007 Harley 1200 XL. This past Saturday i was going down the road at 60 M.P.H. then all of a sudden i lost power to moving. Engine was rev. up but not moving. i shifted from 5th to 4th. Still nothing. Did this all the way to 2nd gear. Then pulled over and stopped. I put her in 1st gear then gave her some gas. She would roll in 1st to 10 M.P.H. Normal speed. But could not gat passed 1st gear thow. What would cause this.

Slipping clutch? Can't get to another gear because it's as if trying to shift without the clutch.
