I recently had my MAstiff serviced and aded new jets and new filter, went to take it for a ride and it rode great. Went to put gas and the bike died no power so I jumped it with the car just to give the battery some juice and did not work. So I pushed start it. It turned on and away I went, not far though. As I was riding it, a loud pop and spark came from the ignition area, any idea what it might be. No power to the bike what so ever. Thanks please help

With no power, the first thing I would look at would be the battery to make sure you have power to get. Have it load tested. Don't just check the voltage on it. Take a look at your voltage regulator to see if it has any visible damage, like smoke/smut damage from arching. If the battery tests ok and the VR looks ok, then try to start and see what happens. First off, it's always a bad idea to jump your bike from a car battery. The EHC on these bikes is quite timid and jumping it off could damage the EHC. Check your connections to your EHC and if you haven't already done, fill the sucker with dielectric grease to keep moisture out. Big Dogs should be Big Cats the way they hate water. I'll let some others jump in here. If you had a big spark at you coil/ignition area, that could be related to the "VR.
Sounds like something shorted out your ignition. Check the wire behind the ignition switch and make sure nothing is touching the screw on the switch, also look for bare wires back in that area. Check your circuit breaker (CB) near the battery area to see if it did not trip and cut off you power to the VR. Hope that helps
