How do I remove this clamp?

I need to remove my crossover on the gas tank. My tank liner is peeling and I believe there's some liner clogging it up. I'm not a wrencher and I've never seen this type of hose clamp. I'm assuming that I need to cut the clamps and replace them with new ones but I'd rather salvage the originals if possible. Please advise.

Cut it off with wire cuters and then you can use a normal hose clamp or by a new clamp that style but it takes a special pair of pliers to crimp it

Thanks man. That was an easy one. I kept trying to figure it out but couldn't make any sense of it. Looks like I knew what I was doing but just didn't know it. :)

I don't know if there is a proper way to remove them but I always use a pair of pliers to twist the nubby part to get it loose and then either cut it with cutting pliers or get the clamp loose enough to get the hose off then remove the clamp. You can buy these clamps and reinstall but need special crimping pliers. I usually replace with a regular hose clamp that can be installed and removed with a screwdriver. Whatever you use, be careful not to let something slip and scratch your tank.
