LED Running Light(Left Only) Off???

My left rear running light does not work yet my left turn signal works. My right light works fine.

Do I need a new LED board or is something else wrong?

I own an 07 K9.

Your help would be appreciated.

An easy way to see if it's a bad LED board is to swap it with the right one that's currently working. If it follows the board, you'll know that's the culprit.

If the left one is still not working after swapping with the right one, then it's probably a broken wire or bad connector for the one wire that runs the tail light.

I recently had a similar issue on an '05 chopper and it was a pinched wire under the seat.

Sounds like a wire or a connection issue for the taillight circuit. If the LEDs work for the turn then the LEDs should work for the taillight. They are all the same LEDs, just with different current limiting resistors in the taillight and turn/brake light circuits. Check the connections and wires under the seat/fender and inside the light LED board.

A big thanks to all of you. The right light worked fine when switched so we bought one for $60 bucks!! What a rip off but I had to have it. I wish there was a cheaper way to replace these.
