Where to begin lol......First coil brackets broke off due to vibration and i jerry rigged and fixed. Then wires came loose so i fixed. Each time it would sputter and back fire and miss and foul out the plugs. Finally it started sputtering and loosing spark or fuel a few minutes after riding and if i let cool it would start and be fine for awhile again. I assumed coil was finally shot! I bought a new green 3 ohm single fire from dynatek to replace the old one and very meticulously soldered and reconnected lead wires and bike started fine and i thought problem solved. 1 minute later down the road same problem bike sputtered and would not accelerate but would stay ideling. After letting cool i tried again and within 20 seconds same thing eventually dying where bike would not start. If i let cool bike will start and idle but as soon as i try to ride same sputtering and dying issue any ideas everyone?

Could be voltage regulater. Lots of info on here when they get hot bike stalls. Put a multi meter on it. Just a thought..

I would check the Ignition Module. Start the Dog and put a heat gun to the ignition module if the dog dies when it get hot replace it. If it keeps running check you cam sensor that is also in an area that get hot and could be giving you problems. Hope that helps. Someone will come along that has had that issue and may have an answer for you. Good Luck
