Hey, I'm new to this site n unfortunately I found it cause I have a problem that I'm hoping someone can help me with. I'm looking for any hard data on TP rocker boxes about the problems with them. I have a 2006 mastiff that I'm being denied by extreme guard for warranty work on it cause they are claiming normal wear n tear. Both my exaust guides are wasted and the rollers on the rockers are out of specs. I've heard this is caused because of incorrect geometry of rockers or incorrect installation of rocker boxes which causes them to be off center from top of valve stems. Would really appreciate any help. The bike only has 12,000 miles on it and has had all services. I find it incredible to believe that this is normal wear n tear.

That is not normal wear and tear. These bikes should get way more miles then that. File a complaint with the insurance commisioner and the Better Business Bureau. That is what I had to do when my 06 Mastiff blew to pieces after a valve broke at 12k. Mine was out of warrenty but fortunatly I had purchaseed an extended warrenty because it
trashed the whole motor. It has been close to 6 months now and I still don't have the bike back but it is close. I am considering filing a bad faith complaint against Pinacle Insurance for the time it has taken for the repairs. Good luck.
