missing bolt or not

I was cleaning the 05 chopper and on my front jug to the left of my intake allen screw is a threaded hole( sits behind ignition coil cover) on the rear jug there is a bolt in this one. Just curious because I have no problems with the engine, I haven't pulled the coil cover and checked if it's a blank. I need to get a service manual on the motor. thanks for any info offered.

....there are no empty threaded holes on the 2004's at least.

Are your talking about the threaded holes left of the key switch wires?

i think is a sensor hole for efi systems

I think Marv is right. I had to put my knock / heat sensor in there when i fitted my IST ignition.
