I would like to know if there is an international tyre dealer site that ships to italy where I can buy cheap tyres for street motorbyke or retread tyres for off-road training.

It depends on what you need... the molecular structure of tires sold out Fl are denser in order to account for the forces a tire must endure to compensate for the increased wind drag brought on by the required horizontal positions a tag must be mounted in.
Therefore, first can you please let us know the drag coefficient calculations your bike has?
