Need a rear sprocket for 2003 Chopper

I need a rear sprocket for a 2003 Chopper. I completely twisted the sprocket off the hub. The bolts did not shear, the sprocket sheared from the power of the motor. Does anyone know where I can purchase a new one? Thanks.

I will try to look when I get home. The last sprocket I bought came from a machine shop and had there lable on it.
