Need help to find where my installation cables route and an electrical problem

Hi there i am rebuilding a 2006 mastiff but now i have no spark, my ignition module light up red and EHC light up read when i press run do you have some ideas? what type of color that i need to see in both of them?

i need to see photos from a bike to see the colour scheme and where the cables go so i can pack really tight really.
