Need some help bad

I just got a thunderheart stand alone ignition box from big dog off of ebay and it doesn't have any directions and it has plugs on the ends of the wire I've had the stand alone ignition system before and hooked it up before but it was a little bit different well the wire colors are alittle different and it didn't have plugs on the ends of its wires , well anyway I want to hook it up to my 2001 harley roadking twin cam like I did in the past but I'm not sure what wire goes where because a couple of them are different colors any help would be greatly appreciated
